So as literary convention would have it, this page should probably include a little bit about myself, so here we go. I am a young woman (never you mind my age) with a bright, shiny new(ish, now) journalism degree. I am travel-obsessed (likewise with food) and have had the amazing good fortune to land myself a job as an assistant editor for a community magazine in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I’m telling you, if Future Me had gone back in time and told High School Me that this is where I’d be and what I’d be doing, three years out of college, I really would not have believed her. (I am sort of shifty, after all.)
I may not be the most frequent blogger, nor the most comprehensive, but I do try to get a good treatise up once a month or so. So if, for whatever reason, you’re interested in my ramblings on food and travel and other stuff that strikes my fancy, feel free to tune in.
